촬영을 요청한 이유로는 ‘의료 사고 또는 의료 과실에 대비하기 위해서’라는 응답이 74.6%로 가장 많았다. 촬영 후에는 응답자의 84.9%가 안심했다고 답했다. 만족도 역시 촬영 경험이 있는 환자 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 높게 나타났다.
